Advertising with Business Cards

Is advertising by depositing business cards around the bizarres actually a productive use of time and energy? I don’t know but I decided to give it a try. Did you find this site via my business cards? I deposited numerous cards around many places during my recent trip to UK, US, Ireland and Italy and would be interested in knowing whether my efforts were worthwhile. Even if there is little response it was fun deciding where they might attract attention. I found a mix of public notice boards, supermarkets, hotels & B&Bs, restaurants & cafes where I pinned or left cards, not to mention heaps of people I got chatting with over the last seven weeks.
